Chris Stambolidis joined XST Capital Group as Managing Director of Executive Search, bringing over a decade of recruiting and executive advisory experience across some of the most competitive hiring environments in the world. He previously served as a Recruiter at Amazon, where he developed a firsthand understanding of how C-suite hiring decisions are made inside world-class organizations, before founding Career Solutions Group, where he has coached and placed over 1,800 senior executives at companies including Google, Stripe, Morgan Stanley, Coinbase, and Wells Fargo. His insights on executive compensation have been featured in the Wall Street Journal. At XST Capital Group, Chris leads confidential, retained C-suite search mandates exclusively within the digital gaming sector. Chris holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and completed coursework in Organizational Psychology and Business at Harvard Business School.
